ICCO EMT (Electronic Manufacturing Technology) is part of the Romanian ICCO Group. Founded in 1997, ICCO EMT initially focused on the sales and professional servicing of Philips / Assembléon / KnS placement machines. Thanks to continuous development and growth, today we offer complete production line solutions in the fields of SMT, THT, and SEMICON technologies.
In 2002, ICCO EMT Ltd. expanded its business activities to Hungary, taking over the role previously held by the former Hungarian organization of Philips EMT.
Beyond equipment sales, the Hungarian ICCO EMT team provides comprehensive service, training, and spare parts support. We accompany our partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment—from installation and operation to maintenance.
We strongly believe that our contribution creates real added value for our partners. Located only about 300 km from the Budapest office, the ICCO EMT Demo Center in Timișoara provides opportunities for process and machine testing, training, demo production, small-volume sample or prototype manufacturing, and NPI services. The 75-member ICCO EMT team supports nearly 100 customers and more than 1,000 installed machines across five countries.
ICCO is a private group of companies acting as a general contractor in several industrial and civil projects throughout Romania. In addition to its activities in the construction industry, ICCO has expanded its operations into various sectors of the electronics industry, where its companies provide comprehensive services to their customers.
