Transferring components from the warehouse to the setup area or directly to the Pick&Place is no longer a problem. Thanks to our smart cart, directly connected to your company's Archimede system, transferring the components needed for production is immediate: using sensors and RGB LEDs, the illuminated components in the warehouse can be easily picked and placed in any free position on the cart. Once in the setup area, powered by a long-lasting battery, you simply request the required components, and through sequential picking and the aid of the touchscreen display, the cart will indicate one by one the components to use, displaying all their data on the screen. Errors in loader setup and long setup and verification times will become a distant memory!
