With well over 1,000 units shipped — most of which are still in production today — the BTU Fast Fire™ in-line furnace is the trusted tool for thermal processing of touchscreen and display glass.

For firing coatings, conductor, dielectric and frit pastes, or curing sealing layers, the Fast Fire™ provides excellent atmosphere flow for binder removal, coupled with precise temperature control.

In addition to an air atmosphere, the Fast Fire™ is available with a nitrogen atmosphere, maintaining low oxygen partial pressure. The tool also offers lower power usage than muffle designs due to rapid start-up and cool-down between uses.

For glass substrates, temperature ramp rates are optimized for maximum yield without needlessly constraining throughput.
